Account Piloting Service Agreement
This Account Piloting Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into electronically between Surae Digital Shop (the “Provider”) and the customer identified in the signing section below (the “Customer”). By signing and submitting this Agreement, the Customer requests the Provider to perform account piloting services for the game selected above and agrees to the terms below.
1. Customer Authority and Eligibility
The Customer confirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years old, have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and are the lawful owner of the game account or are expressly authorized by the lawful owner to request the service. The Customer must not submit an account obtained through theft, fraud, unauthorized access, or any other unlawful means.
2. Scope of the Piloting Service
The Provider may access and play the selected game account only to perform the specific piloting package or objectives purchased by the Customer. The Provider is not authorized to sell, transfer, permanently alter ownership of, or use the account for any unrelated purpose. Any additional task outside the purchased service requires the Customer's further approval.
3. Account Access and Security
The Customer expressly authorizes temporary account access strictly for performance of the ordered service. This website does not collect game-account passwords. Where temporary credentials are required, Surae Digital Shop will arrange a separate approved handoff method after the service request is reviewed. The Provider must use reasonable safeguards, restrict credential access to personnel who need it to perform the service, and stop using the credentials when the service is completed or terminated. The Customer should change the account password after completion whenever the game platform permits.
4. Game Publisher Rules and Account Risk
The Customer understands that third-party game publishers control their own platforms, rules, security systems, suspensions, rankings, updates, and enforcement decisions. The Provider does not control those systems and does not guarantee that a publisher will permit account piloting. The Customer should review the applicable game's current terms before purchasing. The Provider will not knowingly perform instructions that require cheating software, unauthorized exploits, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
5. Service Performance and Customer Instructions
The Provider will perform the purchased service with reasonable care and in accordance with the package description and agreed Customer instructions. Estimated completion times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. The Customer must provide accurate account, server, rank, and service information and promptly advise the Provider of any material changes affecting the order.
6. Fees, Cancellations, Refunds, and Complaints
The Customer confirms that the rank-up quote displayed immediately before this Agreement was accepted before signing. The accepted current rank, target rank, required stars or points, pricing breakdown, and total quoted price shown above form part of this Agreement. The price and inclusions displayed or confirmed at checkout form part of the transaction. Any refund, cancellation, re-performance, or credit will be handled according to the transaction terms presented to the Customer and applicable Philippine consumer law. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Customer complaints may be submitted through the Provider's published support channel for internal resolution.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
For the purpose of entering into and performing this Agreement, the Provider may process the Customer's name, contact details, player/account identifiers, selected service, signature, agreement record, transaction reference, and related support communications. The Provider will use such information for order verification, service delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal or accounting recordkeeping, and will limit collection to information reasonably necessary for those purposes. Personal data will be handled only for legitimate transaction and service purposes, with reasonable safeguards, and in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law. Where credentials are required for piloting, passwords are not collected through this website and must be handled separately from the ordinary agreement record using the approved temporary-access process provided after review.
8. Electronic Contract and Signature
The Customer agrees to transact electronically and intends the drawn signature, together with the Customer's typed identity, affirmative checkboxes, agreement version, transaction reference, and signing date/time, to evidence acceptance of this Agreement. The Customer may save or print a copy of the completed agreement for their records.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for losses caused solely by events outside that party's reasonable control, including game-server outages, publisher maintenance, platform-wide security events, or publisher actions not caused by that party's breach of this Agreement. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or obligations imposed by applicable consumer or data protection law.
10. Suspension or Termination
The Provider may pause or terminate the service if the Customer provides inaccurate ownership information, requests unlawful or prohibited conduct, interferes with the account while piloting in a manner that creates a security or service risk, or materially breaches this Agreement. The Customer may request cancellation subject to work already performed, the transaction terms presented to the Customer, and applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Severability
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any mandatory consumer remedies or jurisdiction rights provided by Philippine law remain unaffected.
12. Entire Agreement and Order Details
This Agreement, the selected piloting package/order details, and applicable checkout terms comprise the agreement for the piloting transaction. In case of a conflict, mandatory Philippine law prevails.
